题目描述

Bob has a favorite number kk and aia_{i} of length nn . Now he asks you to answer mm queries. Each query is given by a pair lil_{i} and rir_{i} and asks you to count the number of pairs of integers ii and jj , such that l<=i<=j<=rl<=i<=j<=r and the xor of the numbers ai,ai+1,...,aja_{i},a_{i+1},...,a_{j} is equal to kk .

输入格式

The first line of the input contains integers nn , mm and kk ( 1<=n,m<=1000001<=n,m<=100000 , 0<=k<=10000000<=k<=1000000 ) — the length of the array, the number of queries and Bob's favorite number respectively.

The second line contains nn integers aia_{i} ( 0<=ai<=10000000<=a_{i}<=1000000 ) — Bob's array.

Then mm lines follow. The ii -th line contains integers lil_{i} and rir_{i} ( 1<=li<=ri<=n1<=l_{i}<=r_{i}<=n ) — the parameters of the ii -th query.

输出格式

Print mm lines, answer the queries in the order they appear in the input.

说明/提示

In the first sample the suitable pairs of ii and jj for the first query are: ( 11 , 22 ), ( 11 , 44 ), ( 11 , 55 ), ( 22 , 33 ), ( 33 , 66 ), ( 55 , 66 ), ( 66 , 66 ). Not a single of these pairs is suitable for the second query.

In the second sample xor equals 11 for all subarrays of an odd length.
