DESE团队2026春节预告：领航组限时开放
各位ACGO平台编程竞赛爱好者：
新春启新程，代码竞锋芒！值此2026年春节之际，DESE团队即将开放领航组，正式启动限时招募预告！领航组的引领者阵营，为兼具顶尖竞赛实力与团队统筹能力的选手，搭建专属的成长与赋能平台。
一、分组核心定位
DESE团队领航组的核心引领单元，肩负三大使命：牵头攻克顶级赛事高难度算法壁垒（如网络流进阶应用、数论综合构造、多维DP优化）；主导ACGO平台大型模拟赛的命题、验题与高质量题解产出；带领攻坚小组开展定向集训，沉淀可复制的竞赛实战策略。
二、招募开放时间
每年春节假期（2月15日- 23日） 正式开通申请通道，实时审核报名材料，节后3周末公布最终录取名单，随即启动首期领航专项集训。
注：在领航组正式开放之前，将提前开放领航预备组，竞赛分需>=1850分才能进入(团长室的成员除外)。
三、准入硬性标准（需同时两个）
1. 赛事硬实力：CSP-S提高组省队及以上、NOIP省级赛前10%、ACM区域赛银牌及以上，或Codeforces Div.1稳定评级、AtCoder ARC 200+分(需发图片和队长私聊)；
2. 实战研发力：ACGO平台累计AC数800+，竞赛分至少达到2000分以上(实际竞赛分需>=2200分)，算法类题目占比≥85%，且能独立完成1套完整模拟赛的命题、数据构造与题解编写；
3. 团队领导力：曾担任编程竞赛校队/集训队队长，或主导过至少2场算法专题分享、3次大型模拟赛复盘工作。

DESE Team 2026 Spring Festival Announcement: Navigator Group Opens for Limited-Time
Dear Programming Competition Enthusiasts on the ACGO Platform,
As the new spring starts a new journey, code competes for glory! On the occasion of the 2026 Spring Festival, the DESE Team is about to open the Navigator Group and officially launch the advance notice for limited-time recruitment! The leader camp of the Navigator Group builds an exclusive growth and empowerment platform for players with both top competition strength and team coordination capabilities.
I. Core Positioning of the Group
As the core leading unit of the DESE Team's Navigator Group, it undertakes three major missions: taking the lead in overcoming high-difficulty algorithm barriers in top competitions (such as advanced applications of network flow, comprehensive construction of number theory, multi-dimensional DP optimization); leading the proposition, problem verification and high-quality solution output of large-scale mock contests on the ACGO Platform; leading the task force to carry out targeted training and accumulate replicable practical competition strategies.
I. Recruitment Opening Time
The application channel will be officially opened during the annual Spring Festival holiday (February 15th - 23rd), with real-time review of application materials. The final admission list will be announced on the third weekend after the holiday, and the first phase of exclusive training for the Navigator Group will be launched immediately.
Note: Before the official opening of the Navigator Group, the Navigator Preparatory Group will be opened in advance. Competitors need a competition score of ≥ 1850 to enter (excluding members of the Captain's Office).
III. Mandatory Admission Criteria (must meet two of them)
1. Competition Hard Power: Provincial Team or above in CSP-S Advanced Group, Top 10% in Provincial NOIP, Silver Medal or above in ACM Regional Contests, or stable rating in Codeforces Div.1, 200+ points in AtCoder ARC (need to send pictures to the captain via private message);
2. Practical R&D Capability: Cumulative AC count of 800+ on the ACGO Platform, competition score of at least 2000 points (actual competition score must be ≥ 2200 points), algorithmic problems account for ≥ 85%, and able to independently complete the proposition, data construction and solution writing of one full set of mock contests;
3. Team Leadership: Once served as the captain of a school programming competition team / training team, or led at least 2 algorithm-themed sharing sessions and 3 review sessions of large-scale mock contests.
